Reggae sensation YG Marley has more reasons to give thanks as his breakout hit “Praise Jah In the Moonlight” was Brit-certified gold for sales of 300,000 units in the UK.

The British Phonology Institute (BPI) confirmed YG’s new status on Friday.

The new certification comes months after earning silver in March.

The feat comes also less than a month following his Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) gold certification for sales of 500,000 units in the US
