Waves of concern have been expressed by fans of R&B singer YK Osiris after he expressed that he wanted to commit suicide during a meltdown on his Instagram live recently.
The ‘Read’ singer took his IG live to vent his feeling of isolation stating that no one in the industry really cares about him and “messes” with him as he laments on thoughts of quitting entirely.
Whilst his sentiment would have drawn strong empathy for his fan, that quickly escalated to panic after he brought up suicide, “I wanna die like I wanna kill myself like I wanna leave this earth”
The singer also was quick to dispel notions that celebrity peers such as Lil Baby and Drake were his close friends. Osiris had previously posted a video of himself and Drizzy at his house and on his plane seemingly as part of the OVO crew.
References which the singer shutdown by noting that it had been a long time since they have spoken, also adding that; his company was perhaps for a motive and not necessarily out of sincere friendship.
The singer seemingly expressing a deep level of depression whilst driving shared the location of his destination as he encouraged someone rob him and kill him. Reminiscent of the recent killing of fellow rapper PnB rock who tragically died following an armed robbery.
