Dancehall superstar Popcaan is underlining his appreciation for World Boss and mentor following his iconic sold-out shows inside the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York over the weekend.

Popcaan shared his thoughts on the accomplishment with the reflective post noting how much he deserved the level of love and success, as he praised Kartel on his continuous affirmative mindset of becoming an international music legend from back in 2010.

Popcaan of course created a major buzz around the Barclays Centre after making a special appearance, “so to speak” via face time call during Kartel’s set as he performed their smash “Clarks” which remains among the many stand-out surprise moments at the ultra-successful concert

Poppy, undoubtedly the biggest international breakout star to emerge from the Kartel-led Portmore Empire group following its disbandment by the “Gaza Boss” after his arrest in 2012, has remained a strong advocate for the release of his music mentor and former label boss.

The “Unruly Boss” who performed at Kartel’s Freedom Street Concert in Jamaica his first since his being released, of course, was unfortunately unable to appear in Brooklyn due to not having a US Visa and Work Permit.

The situation, which perhaps may change in the near future with several dancehall acts who’ve recently gotten their US visas and permits reinstated after previously being revoked
